she started getting migraines again
not the kind that make you take a tablet and go to bed
but the kind that make you collapse at the train station among strangers
or wake up in a room you can't remember
its some bad gene that runs in the family
and i don't have it nearly as bad as she does
but its strange, because when you get one
you can't think straight, it takes over you, your thought
and when it disappears you go back to normal
like it never happened

Yes. They are so painful I can hardly move when I have them. And they are quite frequent too. Pills rarely work it takes it from dying to a pain that feels like your brain is too big for your skull. :XD: I've been to doctors and had me track it extensively but they concluded it was "random".
